Cancel or reschedule your appointment

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services Overview screen, navigate to the Appointments screen.

3. Navigate to the session you want to cancel, and select Cancel session.

4. Read over the information that will result in cancelling your appointment, and select Yes, cancel.

To reschedule your appointment, follow the steps to request Financial Services, Legal Advice, Life Transition Advice, Health Coaching, or Career Coaching.

Instructions for the web app

1. From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

2. Navigate to the My Appointments screen.

3. Navigate to the session you want to cancel, and select Cancel session.

4. Read over the information that will result in cancelling your appointment, and select Yes, cancel.
