On the
Care screen, navigate to
Total Health and Life Services and select Total Health and Life Services.

On the Total Health and Life Services Overview screen, navigate to Services and Sponsored Hours and select Financial Services.

On the Service Details screen, select Start request.

On the Category screen, select which financial categories you need help with, then select Next.

On the Contact screens, enter a date and time for your Preferred and Alternative Availabilities, then select Next.

Enter your contact information including your province, phone number, and additional, optional information to help choose the best advisor for you, and select Next to confirm your request.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then
Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

On the
Total Health and Life Services dashboard, navigate to Your Services and select Financial.

On the Financial Services screen, select Start request.
