On the
Care screen, navigate to
Total Health and Life Services and select Total Health and Life Services.

On the Total Health and Life Services Overview screen, navigate to Remaining Covered Hours and select Life Transitions.

On the Service Details screen, select Start request.

On the Category screen, select which life transitions categories you need help with, then select Next.

On the Additional Information screen, enter your province and any additional, optional information that would help find the best advisor for you, and select Next to confirm your request.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then

On the

On the Life Transitions screen, select Start request.
