Book an appointment with a Total Health and Life Services care provider

For some services that include recurring meetings with a care provider, you can book an appointment from the Total Health and Life Services Dashboard.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services Dashboard, select the service provider you would like to book an appointment for and select Book Appointment.

3. On the Appointment Details screen, choose the modality, duration, date and time of your appointment, and select Next.

4. On the Additional Details screen, write any thoughts or concerns you would like to share with your care provider ahead of your session, then select Next.

5. Confirm your appointment details, including your payment information, and select Confirm booking.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services Dashboard, select the service you would like to book an appointment for.

3. Navigate to the care provider you would like to book an appointment with and select Book an Appointment.

4. On the Appointment Details screen, choose the modality, duration, date and time of your appointment, and select Next.

5. On the Additional Details screen, write any thoughts or concerns you would like to share with your care provider ahead of your session, then select Next.

6. Confirm your appointment details, including your payment information, and select Confirm booking.
