Request Career Counselling – MyARTA Health Hub Help Centre

Instructions for the mobile app

On the Care screen, navigate to Total Health and Life Services and select Total Health and Life Services.
On the Total Health and Life Services Overview screen, navigate to the Remaining Covered Hours section and select Career coaching.
On the Service Details screen, select Start request.
On the Category screen, select which career counselling categories you need help with, then select Next.
On the Contact screen, enter your email address and select Next.
Provide your general availability and time zone, and select Next.
Provide any additional optional information that would help us choose the next career counsellor for your needs, and select Submit to confirm your request.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Total Health and Life Services and then Total Health and Life Services.
On the Total Health and Life Services dashboard, navigate to Your Services and select Career Coaching.
On the Career Counselling screen, select Start request.
On the Category screen, select which career counselling categories you need help with, then select Next.
On the Contact screen, enter your email address and select Next.
