Join an appointment with a care provider

You will be able to join your appointment as early as 10 minutes before its scheduled start time.

Note

If this is your first appointment with this care provider, you may be asked to provide a few details about your current situation and your expected outcomes before the session begins.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Total Health and Life Services, then select Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services dashboard, select the Appointments tab.

3. In the Upcoming section, find the appointment you would like to join and select Join.

4. Complete the Pre-Session Assessment, then select Join Session.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation bar, select Care services, then select Total Health and Life Services and Total Health and Life Services.

2. On the Total Health and Life Services dashboard, select My Appointments.

3. In the Upcoming section, find the appointment you would like to join and select Join.

4. Complete the Pre-Session Assessment, then select Join Session.
