On the
Care screen, select
Telemedicine and then Telemedicine.

Select Book a Consultation.

On the Patient screen, select who you would like to book the appointment for and then select Next.

Select the Location of the patient at the time of the appointment, then select Next.

On the Specialty screen, select the type of specialist you would like to see and then select Next.

On the Providers screen, select the specialist you would like to meet with or select No preference, then select a time and date to meet with them. Then, select Next.

On the Details screen, select your symptoms and describe the details of your symptoms, then select Next. Note: The symptoms screen might not appear for all specialties.

On the Confirm Details screen, review the details you provided, then select Next.

On the Payment Method screen, select a payment option and then enter your payment method details. Then select Complete payment.

From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

From the Telemedicine Dashboard, select
Book a Consultation.

On the Patient screen, select who you would like to book the appointment for and then select Continue.

Select the Location of the patient at the time of the appointment. Select Continue to specialty.

On the Specialty screen, select the type of specialist you would like to see and then select Continue.

On the Providers screen, select the specialist you would like to meet with or select No preference, then select a time and date to meet with them. Then, select Continue.

On the Details screen, select your symptoms and describe the details of your symptoms. Then select Continue to confirm details. Note: The symptoms screen might not appear for all specialties.

On the Confirm Details screen, review the details you provided, then select Continue to provider pairing.

On the Payment Method screen, select a payment option and then enter your payment method details. Then select Complete payment.
