Join a consultation with your specialist

Phone icon Instructions for the mobile app

  1. On the The Care icon Care screen, select The Telemedicine icon Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

  2. In the Upcoming Consultations section, find the consultation you are ready to join.

  3. Select Join consultation.

  1. From the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

  2. In the Upcoming section, find the consultation you are ready to join.

  3. Select Join consultation.
