Book an on-demand consultation – MyARTA Health Hub Help Centre

By booking an on-demand consultation, you'll be taken to a virtual waiting room and matched with a care provider as soon as possible.

Note: All General Practitioner visits are on demand; some specialty visits can be on-demand, while others might be appointment based.

Instructions for the mobile app

On the Care screen, select Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.
Select Book a Consultation.
On the Patient screen, select who you would like to book the appointment for and then select Next.
Select the Location of the patient at the time of the appointment, then select Next.
On the Specialty screen, select the type of specialist you would like to see, then select Next.
On the Details screen, select your symptoms, add some details, then select Next.
On the Confirm Details screen, review the details you provided, then select Begin consultation.
1. Note: If you are not covered for Telemedicine or you have used the 4 visits on your plan, then you will be shown the payment page. On the Payment Method screen, select a payment option and then enter your payment method details. Then, select Complete payment and begin provider pairing.
On the Matching screen, you can upload files or add your health information.
Select Join Consultation.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.
Select Book a Consultation.
On the Patient screen, select who you would like to book the appointment for and then select Continue.
Select the Location of the patient at the time of the appointment. Select Continue to specialty.
On the Specialty screen, select the type of specialist you would like to see and then select Continue to details.
On the Details screen, select your symptoms and describe the details of your symptoms, then select Continue to confirm details.
On the Confirm Details screen, review the details you provided, then select Continue to provider pairing.
