Change mental health counsellors

There are a variety of reasons you might need to unmatch from your counsellor, including availability or perhaps they just weren't the right fit for you. You can change your counsellor and match with another counsellor to continue your journey.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the My Care Team section and select the counsellor you would like to unmatch with.

3. On the counsellor’s profile, select Unmatch.

4. Select a reason for unmatching and select Confirm Unmatch.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and them Counselling.

2. On the Counselling dashboard, navigate to the My Care Team section and select Profile.

3. Navigate to the counsellor's profile card and select Unmatch.

4. Select a reason for unmatching and select Yes, unmatch.
