Manage files sent to and from your counsellor

View a file or resource from your counsellor on the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the My Care Team section and select the practitioner you would like to view files or resources from.

3. In the Resources tab, navigate to the Resources For You section and find the resources you would like to view and select Download.

View a file or resource from your counsellor on the MyARTA Health Hub web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling dashboard, navigate to the My Care Team section.

3. Find the counsellor you would like to view files or resources from and select Profile.

4. In the Resources tab, you can Download or Remove any files or resources in the Counsellor Shared Files section.

Send a file to your counsellor on the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the My Care Team section and select the counsellor you would like to send files or resources to.

3. In the Resources tab, navigate to the Send Files section and select the upload files icon to upload files from your personal device.

Send a file to your counsellor on the MyARTA Health Hub web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling dashboard, navigate to the My Care Team section.

3. Find the counsellor you would like to send files or resources to and select Profile.

4. In the Resources tab, navigate to the Send Files section and select the upload files icon to upload files from your personal device.

5. If you want to remove a file that you've sent, you can select Remove.
