Match with a counsellor from the directory – MyARTA Health Hub Help Centre

If you already know the type of mental health services you are looking for, you can browse our directory to match with a counsellor instantly.

Instructions for the mobile app

On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health, and then to Counselling.
On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the Services section, select for which service you would like to find a counsellor, then select Match with a Counsellor.
On the Choose your path screen, select Browse Counsellors.
On the Personal details screen, verify that your personal information is accurate and update it as needed. Then, select Next.
On the Select a counsellor screen, you can browse, sort, and filter the list to help you find a counsellor that suits your needs.
- Select the Sort by button to sort the counsellors by earliest availability (default order), best match, or nearest location.
- Select the Preferences button to filter counsellors based on criteria such as spoken languages, clinical specialties, meeting modalities and availabilities, cultural or religious experience, and more.
On the desired counsellor's profile card, select Match with Counsellor.
On the Phone number verification screen, enter your phone number and select Next to receive a 7 digit code. Enter the 7 digit code to authenticate your account and select Next.
Read and agree to the Informed Consent and select Confirm Match.

Your mental health counsellor will now appear on the Counselling Overview screen and on the Services screen.

On the navigation bar, select Care Services, then select Mental Health and Counselling.
On the Counselling dashboard, navigate to the Services section, select the service for which you would like to find a counsellor, then select Match with a counsellor.
On the Choose your path screen, select Browse Counsellors.
