Join a couples counselling appointment

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling Overview screen, select Appointments.

3. In the Upcoming section, find the appointment you would like to join and select Join.

4. If you are the primary account holder, complete the Pre-Session Assessment questions that appear on your screen. Select Next.

5. Select Join my Session. You'll enter the video call for your appointment and be joined by your counsellor and partner.

When the appointment is over, you'll be asked to rate your appointment based on a number of criteria. Once you've done that, select Complete Session.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. Navigate to the My Appointments screen, and in the Upcoming section, select Join.

3. If you are the primary account holder, complete the Pre-Session Assessment questions that appear on your screen. Select Next.

4. Select Join my Session. You'll enter the video call for your appointment and be joined by your counsellor and partner.

When the appointment is over, you'll be asked to rate your appointment based on a number of criteria. Once you've done that, select Complete Session.
