Why can't I book a couples counselling session?

Once you have completed the matching process, an email is sent to your partner using the email entered on the Partner Invitation screen.

If your partner does not have an existing Counselling by GreenShield Health account, they can register for a new account by selecting Accept Invitation in the invitation email. If your partner has an existing Counselling by GreenShield Health account, they can select Accept with your current account.

We require your partner to review and accept the Informed Consent Policy and give any emergency contact information before an appointment can be booked. Your partner is required to complete informed consent and verify their personal details before another appointment can be booked
