Once we have confirmed your care provider's information, we will create a provider record for your service provider and process your claim accordingly. The length of time required to verify a provider’s credentials can vary and we appreciate your patience through this process. You can login to your account for updates on your claim. Please note that once this process is completed your service provider will be available for selection within your account for claiming future services provided by them at the same location.
