When you submit a claim online, it begins processing immediately.
Processing time can vary from a day to a week, depending on the complexity of your claim. Delays can occur if vital information is missing, and processing may take longer during periods of high claim volume.
If you’ve signed up for direct deposit, you will receive payment within 2 business days from the successful processing date.
You will receive an email confirmation when your claim is complete.
The email will include a statement for your review if you want to check anything. You will also see the claim status on your dashboard.
Claims submitted by postal service generally take longer to process, so we strongly encourage online claim submissions using the mobile app or website.
