How do I cancel an accidentally submitted duplicate claim?

Our adjudication system recognizes second claim submission for the same service type or item on the same date as a duplicate claim and will not pay for it. Although you will continue to see the unpaid claim in your claim history, it will not have any effect on your current or future claims or maximum accumulations since we did not make payment on it.
