Problem: I keep getting logged out of MyARTA Health Hub when I sign in or navigate to a new page.
Solution: In this case, you might be logged in on multiple accounts or need to refresh your session storage. To do this, complete the following steps:

Open MyARTA Health Hub in an incognito or private window, and reattempt sign in.

On Chrome, select File > New Incognito Window.

On Safari, select File > New Private Window.

On Microsoft Edge, open the menu by selecting the three dots menu. Then select New InPrivate Window.
