Create your account as a dependant

To sign up, you will need to know your family member's Plan Member ID, which is on the back of their benefits card.

1. Sign up.

   • Go to the Arta Virtual Care for Dependants Page. Select Sign up.

2. Add your email.

   • Enter the email address that you want to use for your account. Select Continue.

   • Enter the verification code that you received at the email you provided and select Continue.

3. Create your account.

   • For ID Type, select I have a Member ID and Continue. Enter your family member's Member ID and Last Name. Select Continue.

   • For Personal Details, add your name and date of birth. Select Continue.

   • For Contact Details, add your Address. Select Continue.

4. Choose your password.

   • On the Create New Password page, enter the password you would like to use for your account, then select Continue.

5. You're ready to sign in!
