Add or change a credit card on your Counselling profile

Credit card information on Counselling by GreenShield Health is handled by a secure third-party payment system called Stripe.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, navigate to Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. On the Counselling Overview screen, select Profile Settings.

3. Navigate to Billing Details and select Add a payment method to add new credit card details, or Edit to edit your current billing details.

4. Add or update your changes and select Save.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Mental Health and then Counselling.

2. Navigate to Profile Settings.

3. In the Billing Details section, select Edit.

4. Add or change the credit card details, then select Save changes.
