On the
Care screen, navigate to
Mental Health and then Counselling.

On the Counselling Overview screen, navigate to the Appointments screen.

Navigate to the Past tab and find the appointment you would like to view receipts for and select Receipt.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then
Mental Health and then Counselling.

Navigate to the
My Appointments screen.

In
My Appointments, navigate to the Past section and find the appointment you want to view the receipt for.

Select Receipt.
Please note that receipts are generated automatically once your payment for an appointment has been processed. If your counsellor has not updated your appointment status, or if your transaction did not complete, your receipt is unavailable until Support staff have processed the payment successfully.
