Care screen, select
Telemedicine, then select Telemedicine.

Select Profiles, then select the primary profile.

Select Profile Details and scroll down to the Coverage Details section to see what plan you are currently on.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then select Telemedicine.

On the Telemedicine Dashboard, select
Telemedicine Profiles.

Standard: Plan members have four consultations with a general practitioner shared between them and their family. General practitioners are available from 7am to midnight, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (local time). If four visits per year are exhausted, plan members have access to preferred pricing for additional consultations. Plan members have the option to pay out of pocket to connect with a specialist.

Premium: Plan members have unlimited consultations with general practitioners for them and their family. General practitioners are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Plan members have the option to pay out of pocket to connect with a specialist.

No coverage: Plan members who are not covered for Telemedicine can purchase consultations out of pocket at the preferred pricing rate.
Preferred pricing:

For all provinces with the exception of Quebec: $90 (regardless of time and date).

Quebec: $210 (regardless of time and date).
