How will my care provider talk to me?

All interactions with medical and paramedical providers take place through the app itself! When your request is accepted, you will connect with the provider right away and begin a text chat with them. If the provider feels that it is necessary for their assessment, they may suggest a voice or video chat, which will also be initiated through the app.
