Get an estimate

You can view how much your plan will cover for an upcoming service or claim by completing the following steps:

Instructions for the mobile app

1. Select  Coverage.

2. On the Coverage screen, select Coverage.

3. Select View all and select the service or item you want to see your eligibility for.

4. Enter the information for the Member, Province, Claim Type, Service Date, and Cost then read the disclaimer and select Calculate Eligibility.

5. If you are done checking your eligibility select Close.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Coverage and then select Check Coverage.

2. Select the service or item that you want to check eligibility for.

3. On the Service Details screen, select a Claim Type, Member Name, Province, Service Date, Duration, and Estimate Spending. Then select Continue to Estimate.

4. A breakdown of your claim will appear followed by your balance for the service type.
