View your claims history

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Home page, navigate to the Recent claims section and select View all.

2. Select the claim that you would like to view.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation Bar, select Coverage and then select Claims History.

2. From the Filter button, you can select a Claim Type, Service Date, Plan Member, or Claim Status to narrow the results. Select Apply.
