Request an account deletion, and the Client Support Team will guide you through any necessary steps.
Important Information:
Your account can only be deleted if you haven’t matched with a provider, haven’t sent messages to a provider or booked, canceled, or completed any sessions.
Once your account is deleted, all data associated with your account is permanently removed from our system. You’ll still be able to use the same email address to create a new account if needed.
Account deletion occurs immediately within the system, but support team response times may vary.
Please be aware that requesting the deletion of your Counselling by GreenShield Health data might result in the loss of access to Total Health and Life Services, as well as any Specialized Clinical Services that may be included in your organization's benefits.
