View your consultation summaries

You can view the summaries of your past visits with care providers on the Telemedicine platform.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. On the Care screen, select Telemedicine, and then Telemedicine.

2. From the Telemedicine Dashboard, select Consultations.

3. Select the consultation of which you want to read a summary.

Note: Selecting view consultation will take you to the Maple experience.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the navigation bar, select Care Services, then select Telemedicine.

2. On the Telemedicine dashboard, select Consultation Summaries.

3. Select the consultation of which you want to read a summary.
