An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is a summary of how your claim was processed. It includes:

• Any deductibles, co-payments, or maximums applied

• Details that may be needed for tax purposes

• Information useful for coordinating coverage (e.g., with a spouse’s plan)

After your claim is approved, you’ll get an email notification. From your account, you can view or print your EOB statement online.
